We are searching for a driven individual to cover a full-time Account Manager role.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for our clients.
Have previous experience in an Account/Success Manager role.
Build strong working relationships with other Viral Effect teams and clients alike.
Be confident in communicating via phone, in emails and Zoom meetings.
Maintain a calm and professional demeanour and be able to work well under pressure.
Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
Work to Internal deadlines to ensure smooth delivery of client projects.
Maintain standards and deliver weekly and monthly client reports.
This role also entails a strong element of upselling and sales in order to meet monthly KPI’s.
Previous experience and knowledge of Social Media, marketing/advertising is desirable.
