To support our recent growth we are looking for two new Business Development Managers to join the Team. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in delivering Marketing and Creative solutions to potential clients along with strong rapport building skills and the ability to communicate at the relevant management level in terms of ROI and other positive impacts to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

Generating new leads through Inbound and Outbound Sales techniques
Identify new prospects and initiating contact to follow up
Taking client briefs and communicating them to the rest of the team
Participating in the early stage creative development process
Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability
You will have the ability to establish rapport with diverse client groups and partners, and must be able to work as a member of a team.
